I am flying back to Canada soon so it is time to start saying goodbye to all the amazing people I have met on this trip. Today I planned to go out for dinner with Sunny and his family. We met at the Coex Mall in Gangnam at 5 and went to the aquarium in the mall while we waited for Jisu to finish a movie at the theatre.
The aquarium was quite big and very interesting to walk around. There was one area for jellyfish that had different tanks for each stage of their life cycle, which I really liked looking at. There were also alligators and harbour seals. They even had beavers and squirrels, which I found very funny because they are common animals in Canada and I have never seen them at zoos or aquariums before.

Jisu finished her movie around the same time we finished walking through the aquarium. We met her and then found a Korean restaurant in the mall. Sunny and Ainslie ordered so many different dishes for us to try and it was amazing. One of the things was dried fish, which is supposedly a common food to eat in the winter. They also ordered black sesame fried chicken. It was so delicious and probably one of my favourite foods that I have eaten here!
After dinner we all went to eat ice cream and I treated because their family has done so much for me. It was Sunny that made it possible for me to go to Music Bank and meet Monsta X, NCT 127, and Cosmic Girls and they have had me over to their house for dinner. It was nice to be able to see them all again before I left!
BTS ads lined both sides of the COEX exit at the Samseong station:
Hope everyone is doing well,
Emily
