Today I met with Kika, Beta, and Aisyah to say goodbye before Kika and I went back to our home countries. We met at a cafe that was doing a Taehyung birthday event and spent an hour or so chatting. The cafe was called Red Big and it had amazing looking cakes as well as a photo printer. Customers could put 1,000 won in a box by the printer and then print a photo of their choice. Kika also gave each of us a pack of fun stickers that she had created.
We eventually started to get hungry and left in search of a nearby restaurant. We found a cute stationary store along the way and we got distracted for a bit. After wandering around for 10 minutes or so, we stumbled across a restaurant that had a decent selection of food. Everyone was surprised to hear that I hadn't tried jjajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodles) and they convinced me to order it for dinner. I had seen the meal on variety shows before and it did not look very appealing to me, but I figured I should try it at least once before I go back to Canada. I was so glad they recommended it! It was actually really yummy and definitely a meal I would happily eat again.

We had wandered close to Hongdae Fashion street during our restaurant search so we decided to walk around the area after dinner. We stopped in several stores and bought some street food. I found a couple cool patches to put on a jean jacket I have at home and I bought more of the candied strawberries that Ella and I tried last time we were here.

Our next stop was the Line Friends Store since it was just around the corner. Kika needed to buy a few items for some friends back home and I am always happy to look at BT21 merch. We went down to the basement cafe after Kika had bought everything and I was surprised at how large it was! There was cute wall art, statues for some of the BT21 characters, and lots of mini posters. We bought some drinks and snacks and relaxed for an hour or so.
We stopped by another stationary store after Line Friends and I bought some more patches. It was getting fairly late at this point and Aisyah had to go home so we all decided to say our goodbyes and head back to our separate places. I only saw these girls a few times, but they were all very sweet and I am glad that I met them.

Hope everyone is doing well,
Emily
